Count 3: Of Doherty's 6709 votes, 5614 (83.7%) transferred to his running-mate McGill (SF); 340 to McMenamin, 287 to Deehan and 61 to Shields, thus 688 (10.3%) to the SDLP; 236 (3.5%) to Deeny (Ind); 63 (0.9%) to O'Neill (RSF); 13 (0.2%) to McCartney (UKUP); 8 (0.1%) to Hussey (UUP); and 4 to Bresland and 1 to Buchanan, thus 5 (0.1%) to the DUP, with 82 (1.2%) non-transferable.
