Northern Ireland Social Attitudes Survey - 1994

Year: 1994

Module: Carers
Variable: CAREHOME

Question:
Now some questions about informal care, that is care for those who are sick, handicapped or elderly provided by non-professionals and generally unpaid. Some people have extra family responsibilities because they look after someone who is sick, handicapped or elderly.
May I check, is there anyone living with you who is sick, handicapped or elderly whom you look after or give special help to (for example, a sick, handicapped or elderly relative, husband, wife, child, friend …)?
