This Policy Brief, by Alexandra Chapman and Anna Tarrant, is based on the workshop Exploring inequalities in caring: grandparents’ experiences of kinship care from multiple perspectives, which was held on 7 June 2017. Professor Jill Manthorpe (Kings College London) will explore relationship-based safeguarding, which seeks to meet the needs of service users and carers.
